- How long does shipping take?
We process and ship all orders from Monday to Friday. Here’s what you can expect:

Transit Time: 6 to 9 business days via FedEx or a reliable alternative
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days from the date of purchase

- What are the shipping charges?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD on all orders across the United States. This helps us maintain fast and reliable delivery without hidden costs.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can:

Contact us at support@laxile.com if you didn’t receive tracking info within 3 days
We encourage you to check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received the tracking email.
- Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only before your order is dispatched. If you need to change the address:

Once shipped, address changes are not possible
If a package is returned due to a wrong address, reshipping charges will apply
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
Exceptions: Final sale items, customized products, gift cards, or flash sale items are not returnable
To start a return, email us at support@laxile.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Which items are non-returnable?
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

- How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued under the following terms:

Processing Time: Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Laxile error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
If the refund takes longer than expected, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
- What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@laxile.com
Include clear photos and a description of the issue
You’ll receive a full refund or a replacement, depending on your choice
In such cases, we also cover the return shipping cost
Please inspect your package on arrival and reject delivery if visibly damaged.
- Do you offer product exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are possible but follow a simple process:
Return the original item through our return process
Once approved and refunded, place a new order for your desired item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of reordering
We currently do not reserve stock for exchanges.

Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You can, however, return the item after receiving it
Refunds for canceled orders follow our standard Refund Policy.
