This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States. It outlines our shipping procedures, costs, timelines, and responsibilities. By placing an order with Laxile, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Transit, Handling, Cut-Off & Delivery Time

Transit Time: 6 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 Business Days from the time the order is placed

Note: While we aim to deliver your products on time, delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Methods

We primarily ship via FedEx. However, depending on your location, service availability, or cost efficiency, we may choose alternative trusted carriers.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD for all orders within the United States.

This allows us to provide consistent and reliable delivery at a reasonable price.

Customer Responsibility – Wrong Item Ordered

If you mistakenly order the wrong product:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

You may also have to pay for the shipping of the correct item (if applicable).

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Providing correct address and contact details is your responsibility. If your shipment is delayed or undeliverable due to:

An incorrect address

Invalid phone number or email

Laxile will not be liable. You may need to pay extra for re-shipping.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address:

Contact us before your order is shipped at support@laxile.com

Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for the full re-shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@laxile.com

Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may return it as per our Return Policy.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery:

Reject the delivery and notify the courier.

If already delivered, contact us within 48 hours at support@laxile.com with photos of the damage.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is already included in the product price and shipping fees, where required by law.
